We ship in Colombian territory through our transport partners, guaranteeing that your garments arrive in the appropriate conditions to the address you want.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our deliveries are only made on business days. For main cities the approximate delivery time is 3 to 7 business days and for other municipalities from 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. During Black Friday and/or sales periods, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to availability.

Delivery time starts counting from confirmation of payment and may be affected by force majeure factors, as well as by the town you are in and the day and time you make the purchase.

If you have any questions with the shipment or if your order does not arrive within the stipulated period, contact us through our email service@gleewear.com. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 6 am to 4 pm. Don't worry, we will take care of it and give you an answer as soon as possible.

REMEMBER THAT:

Our payment platform Wompi must approve the transaction.

Payments by credit card and using the PSE button: may take up to (1) business day for approval.
Addi payments and payment market.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email with the tracking number with which you will be able to know the real location of the product and the estimated delivery date by the carrier. This information is also available by entering “Your Account” and checking the status of your orders, in which all information about them will be updated.

COST OF DELIVERY

Glee covers all shipping costs for purchases over $150,000. For purchases made for a lower value, the shipping cost will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated when you complete your purchase and will be informed to you at the time of order settlement, before you make payment.
