If you wish to make an exchange, return or process the warranty of any of our products purchased online, you can do so by following the procedure indicated below:
You can exchange unused products up to 30 days after purchase, or you can return products up to 5 business days for a refund.
These items must be in perfect condition, clean, complete, with the marks and labels still on and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to accept changes and returns with prior analysis of the case. For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of clothing for personal use.
For exchanges and returns, the cost of shipping to our facilities is assumed by the consumer. Packages with payment on delivery are not accepted.
For the first change, we assume the cost of shipping to the consumer. From the second change onwards, the shipping cost is assumed by the consumer. Products that are on sale or at a discount cannot be exchanged.
Print the Returns and Exchanges Form and follow the instructions for a quick and easy return or exchange.
RETURNS:
To retract your purchase and request a partial or total refund of the money, you have 5 business days from receipt of the product to send it to our facilities. Inform us the means by which you wish to receive your refund.
You must follow the instructions on the Exchange and Returns Form, sending it to service@gleewear.com, with a bank certification of your account to deposit the money; or if you prefer, just send us the following bank account information:
Type of identification document (identity card or NIT)
Identification number.
Name of the account beneficiary.
Name of the financial institution.
Type of account (savings or checking).
Account number.
The refund will be made within the maximum period permitted by law, counting from the receipt of your account and product information.
If you paid by Credit Card, you will be refunded directly to the card.
CHANGES:
For exchanges, you have up to 30 days after the purchase to send it to our facilities, following the steps in the Exchange and Returns Form, and contacting us at service@gleewear.com. If the product you request to receive in exchange is out of stock , you can wait until it is available to send it to you or request a credit note voucher for the value of your purchase.
Please note the exchange modalities below:
-Exchanges for products of the same value: the exchange is made and no additional charge or refund is generated.
-Exchanges for higher value products: a money charge will be made for the difference between the new product (higher value) and the product initially purchased (lower value). You will receive an email with a link so you can pay the difference easily and securely.
WARRANTY:
The warranty period is 15 calendar days from the moment you receive the product. The product will be reviewed by our quality department and we will give you a response within 15 business days. If the garment allows repair, it will be repaired, or otherwise it will be replaced.
You must bear in mind that a product does not have a warranty if:
The instructions detailed in the instructions for use have not been followed.
The product came into contact with products with chemicals, detergents or bleaches that cause fabric discoloration.
The instructions provided on the labels for the correct care of the product have not been followed.
The damage or breakdown is the result of incorrect use of the product.
The product was altered, violated or modified by the customer.
The damage or breakdown is the result of normal wear and tear of the product.
If the guarantee is accepted, shipping costs are the responsibility of Glee. If your request is not approved, you will have to pay the shipping costs for us to send your garment back to you.
If the product supports repair, it will be repaired, if not, it will be replaced. If the failure is repeated, at the consumer's option, the exchange or money will be refunded.
